I haven’t received my order yet. What do I do?
For physical products (Eyesolator Sports Training Glasses, Portable Power Line), they are usually shipped within 5 – 7 business days and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If paid via PayPal (either registered PayPal member, or a guest purchase) we do confirm when shipped with a USPS tracking number. If you paid via check or money order, feel free to contact us to inquire about the status of your order if you feel it’s been too long.
